The Ukrainian Federation of Chicago is a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization who's mission is to assist Ukrainian immigrants by providing services and guidance to promote their success in the USA.
- We provide guidance to English language, reading and writing programs. We assist with the enrollment process, including payment of the tuition if required. We help with procurement of the books and supplies and arrange and fund transportation to and from classes.
- We provide resume writing assistance, guidance with job searches, finding jobs that fit their existing skill sets and the filing of job applications. We improve interview skills through mock interview sessions.
- We help them improve their skill sets by discussing career opportunities that they have an interest in pursuing. We help with advancing their education by providing them with tuition payments or assistance with grant and scholarship applications needed to fund their advanced educational goals.
- We provide financial support for education in the form of scholarships and full tuition grants.
Whether it be healthcare jobs or technology related jobs, we help them past any rough patches or roadblocks that may arise to achieve the ultimate goal of career self-realization.
